FAST SCORE

FAST SCORE is a netball shooting challenge for two-player teams. One team will play at a time; each team having one minute to score as many goals as possible and teammates must take alternate shots.
Teams will be penalized for footwork or ball handling violations, and consecutive shot attempts in the 1-point area will not be permitted.
The two teams with the highest score at the end of the round will advance to the finals (playoffs).

How the Game is Played:
- One team will play at a time.
- One player will begin with the ball underneath the goal, while the other may begin at any shooting spot on the playing area.
- Play will begin when the game official blows the whistle to begin the clock. The player underneath the goal must pass the ball to his/her teammate at the selected starting spot.
- The team will have 1 minute to score as many goals as possible. Goals will carry the value indicated in the above image.
Shooting Rules:
- Players must pass between shooting spots and maintain good footwork.
- No player may take consecutive shots; shots must alternate between teammates.
- No consecutive shot attempts in the 1-point area.
- Shots taken when a violation has been called by the game official will not be valid. To avoid an invalid shot, the ball should be passed and the play reset.
- Invalid shots will not be counted toward the final score.
